Legendary filmscores of Italian cinema, composers and directors. An orchestra gala-concert with soundtracks by Ennio Morricone, Nino Rota Luis Bacalov and Nicola Piovani. Highlights of the program are scores such as Godfather, Cinema Paradiso, Il Postino, Amarcord, Once Upon A Time In The West, La Dolce Vita, Malena, La vita é bella, The Good, Bad and Ugly and others.
A Tribute To Ennio Morricone
Italian composer Ennio Morricone died in 2020 in Rome at age 91. With our “Tribute to Ennio Morricone” we salute a giant of music and film with a concert program of his legendary film-scores, including his epic scores for Sergio Leone’s Western movies (The Good the Bad and the Ugly, For A Few Dollars More, Once Upon a Time in the West), as well as music from Maléna, Cinema Paradiso, The Untouchables, Once Upon A Time In America and many more.

An entertaining family&kids orchestra-concert with popular film-heroes from fantasy, animation and action movies and with a narrator. A Tribute To James Horner
James Horner leaves us an invaluable legacy in film music and it seems painfully difficult that someone could take his place. The 80s and 90s were his golden decades and no genre escaped him: science fiction (Star Trek, Cocoon), fantasy (Willow, Krull), thriller and action movies (48 Hrs, Commando), epic and adventure (Avatar, Braveheart, The Mask Of Zorro), animation (An American Tail)… And, of course, Titanic, with which he won his only two Oscars, becoming the best-selling instrumental soundtrack album of all time.
